Barbeque Nation — Extra price deducted

Dear Barbeque team,

I am a regular customer of BBQ and used to visit BBQ, Belapur branch with family .

I have booked through BBQ online portal and went to yesterday for a lunch buffet with my family.

However at the time of bill payment noticed huge discrepancy in bill generated in outlet and online booking:-

1. In online booking per person lunch buffet price for Tuesday is INR.799, however in bill it is as INR.1099 ( INR. 300 extra per person and 900 extra as overall for 3 Adults)

2. In online it is mentioned as welcome drink will be inclusive of Buffet charges, however additional INR.387 charged for three drinks.

As a total I have to pay INR.1287 which is out of the pocket charged by outlet .

Please look into it as it really gives very negative feedback about outlet and BBQ and will think to visit again, attach scan copy of yesterday bill
