Not got my refund of 394 smile coin even after 5 month and no response

On 17th April i have done a booking for barbeque Nation in dadar outlet at 7:15 Pm in evening and I had redeemed my 394 smile coin and I am late at store I was there at 9:15 so by default my order was cancelled and I have to book an another order so what about my smile Coin of 394 Rs it's yet not credited to my account. The store manager told me you will get the refund of 394 smile coins with in 24 hours but it's 5 month completed I am waiting from my refund and no response from barbeque.
Request you to kindly look in to the issues and sent my smile Coin of 394 Rs back to my account I have to visit again at dadar store.

Myself and my wife had gone to barbeque nation on 1st January 2023 for lunch @12:30PM. We didn't eat anything for dinner except some fruits. The next morning around 3AM it started (for both myself and my wife) full loose motions and vomitings. Then we took doctor consultation and we explained our situation he suggested for some blood test. Food Poisoning and harsh response over call

On 30/12/2022, we had gone to Barbeque Nation, Lido Mall, Ulsoor, Bangalore for a team outing including Lunch.
After the lunch, around 6 we all started having stomach cramps. I called the manager of the Branch (Mr D.Sharma) ([protected]). He heard and said, it's common issue and then hung up the call. And refused to pick up the call again. My health is really worse and I can't let these people get away with it.
Nb: Booking was in the name of Mrs. Deepika

Forcefully taking bill two times.
At barbeque Nation outlet prayagraj i have reserved table and had already done online advanced payment but the outlet manager refused to accept that bill and forcefully taken the bill again.

Issuing bills without GST number

Ordered food from barbeque nation and got bill withot GST number, when enquired they are telling they never recognised it. By rules invoice without GST number is a fake bill.
Iam surprised that they are collecting both GST's without GST number.

BBQ Wakad denied table against a prepaid order with no refund

I booked table for 2 at 8:30 PM on 28th June, 2022 through Dineout by paying in advance. On arriving at time, the branch Manager (Mr Mohit Mishra) asked me to wait for 20 minutes and booked a slot for 9:15 PM, there was no response from there side while I was waiting outside their branch. Later they said we don't have space and you can wait till 10:00 PM while we arrange table for you which ultimately at 9:30 PM they asked to leave the restaurant because they have no available table. Upon asking for refund Mr Mohit said to contact their customer support if I have a problem.
As an immediate solution, I am looking for a Dineout refund back to source account (which BBQ has denied against a confirmed booking). Next I would like to raise concerns regarding the behaviour of your BBQ, Wakad Branch Manager (Mr Mohit Mishra). He was very very rude and egoistic with no customer eccentricity. I waited for 2 hours against my confirmed booking and against his promises of providing table, I went back home empty stomach. On top the deal that I purchased was non refundable.

Food poisoning and pathetic service

I and my wife visited the Barbeque Nation and had a pathetic service as we received food very late and we suffered health issues and after consuming the food there. I would want to talk to any of the representatives from the consumer complaints team as I have not received any positive response from the escalation team of Barbeque nation.

I have given my car for general service on 26th April 2022 and received on 27th April 2022.My driver has taken car on 27th April 2022 in afternoon time @ 1Pm form the service center (Lakshmi Hyundai Bangalore ) Moment he came out of the service center the car started giving Jurk and immediately he gone back to the service center and raise this concern .Today being 9th May 2022 still I have not received car from service center. They told ECM has been damaged

Need your support to get this shorted as I am not able to understand whom to contact in the service center as they are delaying every day making new excuses.

This is to inform that I visited BN yesterday the response was really bad, all plates were kept empty for a long time after few minutes they served food that was cold, had a word with Manager Kedar he was not even able to response in a good manner I spoiled my day there,
Most this things happens on weekends if you guys have more guests there you should plan accordingly increase the number of staff or facilities, booking time was 7:30 please note, it was planned birthday celebration they didn’t even offered Cake.

Horrible experience at BBQ ITPB Bangalore - Food and Service
I have been a frequent visitor to BBQ ITPB Bangalore for the past 4 years. I do go there for official business lunch and with family often. All the time I had wonderful experiences, but not on 23-Oct-2021
It was my son’s birthday; since BBQ is his most favourite place to eat, we decided to go there after a long corona induced stay at home. The experience was horrible. The quality of food (rotten pineapple, salty and semi cooked chicken, low quality fish, by the way fish used to be our all time family hit there), don’t care attitude service boys, irresponsible management. For a while I was surprised “am I in BBQ or somewhere”?
Though I wanted to tell the staff about my son’s birthday and share the moment of joy with them with a customary cake cut; however I did not feel to do so.
Honestly the amount close to 4000₹ I paid doesn’t even worth 400₹. I should have spent that amount for charity to feed 50 starving people around us.
At the end we all came back totally unsatisfied and a decision that we will not go to BBQ again

I am contacting you in regards to my latest experience of a dine in at your Ambala location on 18-sep-2021
The food is not good also service is very bad this time only, Food taste is not upto the mark and its also not fresh after giving order we have to wait for more than 10-15mins for every item Also bowls are spoons are not availble for main course time we have to wait for it also more than 15mins
This not only made me loose faith in your establishment, it also made me realise that i was cheated and served old and stale food on the day of my visit which impacted my health.
I would like to ask for a full refund of the amount charged to me at the earliest due to this reason.
Please respond at the earliest.

Worst experience I ever have in Barbeque Nation-Rajarhat Kolkata .I was a regular customer of barbeque nation. On 1st August, 2021 I visited there for my sister anniversary at CC2 Newtown Barbeque. Our table was booked on 6 PM. So we arrived there on 5:45 PM and we wait there 30 min to get the table. So we got table on 6:15 PM and restaurant closing time told us 7:30 PM. That's still OK. We ordered 5 non veg buffet .So starter start serving after 45 min from the time we got the table, well they have only one chicken item in starter which was not properly grilled, Chicken blood was seen. They keep serving same item and when we asked about another starter they replied all got finished .Well next surprise came once we enter in main course dining, all container was completely empty and behind every food container there was huge queue without maintaining any COVID protocol and same happened for desert item as well and they took full amount 4760 from us .Anyway we went outside and take food from another restaurant.
In App portal they promised several menus but in original they didn't provide even 20% of the menu . They are giving excuse that they reduced their 40% employee but company booked buffet seat beyond their capacity. This is a complete fraud case. Also they are not maintaining any covid protocol defined by Govt.
I need a resolution for that. As money has been properly charged and didn't provide service, so need the service .

Went for lunch on 18 november (Today) with my wife to your outlet at trissur, kerala. It was to celebrate her bday and i must say it was a horrible experience in some time.. I had one waiter come up to me 5 times for my order which i already ordered and waiting. Finally they managed to serve the kababs that we ordered to the next table.
The attitude and the lack of empathy of your staff ensured that i did not touch a morsel from your buffet. All we wanted was to just pay and leave.
Drinks order taken during meal order and not served until after bill was presented which was obviously refused by me. A can of ginger ale and iced tea shouldnt take 45mts. A horrible afternoon, did not eat. Paid your bill and left. One bday my wife will remember for a while.
I hope you can take this feedback positively and ensure basic training for teaching your service staff to be more empathetic to the customer.

My husband ordered online food through ubq barbeque nation, greater noida
He being a hardcore vegetarian was unaware of how non veg food tastes.
He was delivered chicken tikka in place of paneer tikka on the eve of diwali. He is so disturbed since then. He vomited thrice after that. Such an awful, pathetic and nonsense service. They have the audacity to deny their mistake and putting it on poor delivery boy.

Extremely dissatisfied with the entry guy, food, quality. It was yesterday we visited the place. The entry guy had no manners. We did not have a table booking hence first he asked us to wait for 15 mins. We said okay. The very next moment he says no no you have to wait 30 mins. We saw that there are empty tables almost 6 of them on the right side o[censored]s when asked about them he said there is some problem been with the lighting. After 30 mins he took us to the same blink where lights were perfectly alright. Very unprofessional. The ac was off. Vegetarian food has no choice or taste. Vegetarian starters, bbq, main course was just horrible experienced. After reaching home, i’m down with diarrhoea, fever. (Had nothing outside since a days we wanted to have nice food) but now i on the bed down with high fever, vomited some food i had and severe diarrhoea. Such a pathetic, disgusting experience. Wasted ras 1800 (Odd) for two people and a day off from work

I am a regular visitor of bbq nation madurai branch. I got a discount of 150rs when i made a first time booking through mobile app. Me and my wife had our lunch and asked for the bill. There was no discount applied. When asked the reason they give was really stupid and were totally harsh towards us. Ranjith and manish kumar were the 2 persons who totally misbehaved and irritated us to the core. If asked anything, ranjith kept on telling that he was working here for 12 yrs and do whatever you could. Please take necessary action on them.

I visited on 24 Jun 2019 in barbeque nation for celebrating my husband birthday. But next day I got food poison. I don't now what haapend in food is not good. Full spoil my day.

I went Sector-47 sohna raod branch of yours for team lunch, but i don't understand what was in the food, next day almost everyone feel ill, suffering from vomiting and diarrhea, its been almost 15 days, still i am not able to recover, its like near to death experience. if feeding people such a big problem to you guys why don't you shut your business, highly disappointed, not recommend any one to go there.
someone should go there and check there food quality, what actually they are serving in form of good quality food.

I went korum mall in ur thane branch for celebrate my husband birthday, but I don't understand what was in the food, next day almost everyone feel very bad, suffering from vomiting and diarrhea, its almost 3 day, still not able to recover. Highly disappointed, not recommended to any one to go there

I am a barbeque nation frequent visitor. I had been to ahmedabad (Prahladnagar) branch. Yesterday was my mom's birthday for that, i tried to step into prahladnagar branch but i had received the worst experience of my life from such a big concern. After waiting of 30minuts they allocated me table no.28. Not gave water bottle, no proper cleaning, when they started to serve bbq at that time serving person was mixing both veg and non veg. For that reason my mom was totally upset and she was not eating anything, then we all left the table imidiatly. We complaint this matter to manager (Mr. Jiten) but without giving proper response they billed me for 2plates. Is this the way barbeque treats their customers?
Table allocated at 9:45pm, left time at 10:03pm.
Hope you will resolve my query and give proper service from next time.

not keeping committed price
Hi,
I made a booking yesterday night at 9:20 pm for 15th aug, in your kolkata park street branch. I was told about the buffet price as 830. I got a confirmation text at 9.25 pm.
However at 22.37 i got a text that the price has changed.
I called back the branch and argued that, when the booking was done - the price committed to me was rs830, if your price change notification has been issued after that, i should be entitled to the price committed to me.
I have called park street branch and also, informed the same to call centre person, who called me.
I am waiting for a callback from their side and maintain the commitment given to me and provide the expected customer service.
My back to back calls reply was - the manager is busy and he will call me back.
I may have the cancel this booking - but my experience with the company has turned sour.

Dear team,
Had my dinner @barbeque nation vizag on 13th of may, 2018 @08:30 pm. I had to give one of my cars for valet parking. So when i came out to drive my car i could clearly see a minor scraping damage at the front bumper which wasn’t there earlier. The staff bluntly denies the fault and recklessly gives an answer. I wrote to barbeque [protected]@vizag but no response from their end.
1) no security cameras were installed...

refused to refund for invalid coupons

Hi,
I ordered 3 gift coupons from barbeque nation for my family 1017 inr each. When they went for dinner, the merchant (Barbeque nation) said that out of 3, vouchers are invalid. That was very embarrassing and tensed situation for my parents. As i am based out of india, even i was not able to handle this situation over phone. I had to order too more vouchers online.
After the incident, i mailed barbeque nation regarding my concern, they didn't reply me for two days. I mailed them that i would have to lodge a complaint with consumer's forum, then i received a mail from them with new coupons. I replied them back stating that the coupons are of no use to me now and asked for refund.
Now they directly mailed saying, we shall not be able to refund for two coupons.
