Hi,
I ordered 3 gift coupons from barbeque nation for my family 1017 inr each. When they went for dinner, the merchant (Barbeque nation) said that out of 3, vouchers are invalid. That was very embarrassing and tensed situation for my parents. As i am based out of india, even i was not able to handle this situation over phone. I had to order too more vouchers online.
After the incident, i mailed barbeque nation regarding my concern, they didn't reply me for two days. I mailed them that i would have to lodge a complaint with consumer's forum, then i received a mail from them with new coupons. I replied them back stating that the coupons are of no use to me now and asked for refund.
Now they directly mailed saying, we shall not be able to refund for two coupons.

I am a barbeque nation frequent visitor . I had been to Hyderabad, Bangalore and Coimbatore branch . Today I tried to step into salem branch but I had received the worst experience of my life from such a big concern . I stepped in at 9:30 and the staff in charge asked me to wait though he had few tables he said we have tabled but we don have enough food to serve . We waited till 10 o clock and that moment one Mr.. Kishore came and Spoke in a harsh voice that y are u waiting we don have food and asked us to leave . Is this the way barbeque treats their customers . He spoke as we are beggars and we came to have food at free of cost . This is my worst experience and never in my life I will recommend barbeque nation unless I get a reply for this . Awaiting your response
