Cheap behaviour

Dear sir
I am a barbeque nation frequent visitor . I had been to Hyderabad, Bangalore and Coimbatore branch . Today I tried to step into salem branch but I had received the worst experience of my life from such a big concern . I stepped in at 9:30 and the staff in charge asked me to wait though he had few tables he said we have tabled but we don have enough food to serve . We waited till 10 o clock and that moment one Mr.. Kishore came and Spoke in a harsh voice that y are u waiting we don have food and asked us to leave . Is this the way barbeque treats their customers . He spoke as we are beggars and we came to have food at free of cost . This is my worst experience and never in my life I will recommend barbeque nation unless I get a reply for this . Awaiting your response

I have a voucher bt due to some inconvienience the little app has send me verification msg to reavail the services bt manager here is nt giving me the service

Regarding the staff the behaviour of the staff was not good
Just due to that i will not visit barbeque nation after dis
