I am contacting you in regards to my latest experience of a dine in at your vizag location.

After we finished our dine in, two o[censored]s felt uneasy while we reached home and also had a strong feeling that it might be due to the food consumed at your location. We suffered from stomach cramps and diarrhea along with a lingering vomiting sensation. Even though i didnt think twice about food poisoning cos Barbeque nation is a very prestigious outlet and they donot serve stale food.
However, i recently got to know that 4 days old food was being served and it was discovered that proper care was not being taken to serve fresh food in a recent raid that has happened by the food administration.
This not only made me loose faith in your establishment, it also made me realise that i was cheated and served old and stale food on the day of my visit which impacted my health.
I would like to ask for a full refund of the amount charged to me at the earliest due to this reason.
