Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Gramin Bank — refund regarding train tickets cancellation

Another problem i have faced regarding railway ticket cancellation charge.

i have not received yet amount of 10995 refunded from amazon & 475 rs refunded by railway for a ticket cancellation in my bank account, & account no. is [protected].when will i recieved my amount in my bank account
