The Basera Hotel in Rishikesh charges very high for their rooms like 4 star hotel but their services are of poor garde and rooms are very unhygenic. bedsheets have been teared off, insects in pillows ans blankets. poor room service and nothing has been provided even if asked to provide. Even after having parking space, they donot provide parking place. Plz dont stay in such poor hotel at high cost.

I went for lunch with my family and i was charged 70 for a bottle of water which costs 19Rs MRP .
Kindly look into the same. When I asked them why am I charged so high, they said that they are not selling it but they are serving it, however it is billed.
