My name is mohanto mondal. I have invested rs - 1, 00, 00 by purchasing 3 policies from basil international ltd. On 1.02.2008. My maturity day was 1.02.2018 but till i have not received my maturity amount. Now my agent says that basil international ltd is stopped. I am a poor man i invested all my savings. Now i am helpless i needed the money back. Please look into this matter and help me out.

Sir/madam, i dawa gangay bhutia had invested rs 200000 in basil international ltd back on 4/2/2013 and the redemption date is 4/2/2019. I had invested in two different shares having face value of rs 100000 each. However, i have not yet received my hard earned money yet. Sir/madam, please kindly help me to get my invested money back. I am going to file a case against basil international ltd soon. Following are the details:

Sir, i have invested around rs 4, 00, 000 in basil international in year 2008 and i should get the amount by 2013-14 but till date (24/12/2018) i didn't received any amount.
Please give me your customer care number and tell me by what date i will get my money.
Please reply to it and please don't break my hope.
I am from middle class family and i have invested it with great hope.
Don't let any poor person hope down.

I had deposited 10000 /- (Rupees ten thousand) on 05/05/2008 of m/s basil international ltd as preference redeemable share and as per certificate folio no. Dd0095587 and certificate no 00551835 and promised me to refund 37070 /- on 05/05/2018 but till that i have not yet received any amount therefore i shall request you take appropriate action against the executive and directors

I have invested rs 10, 000/ in appeline cosmetics & toiletries ltd, in the group of (Basil international ltd) on 31/05/2010 for 5 years. My 5 years was completed on 01/06/2016, but till i have not received my maturity rs 19, 900/. I heard from my agent that in west bengal agents are collecting crore of money, i just say all the agents, please come in upper assam and see you are collecting crore of money, here crore of peoples deprived to there maturity. The asansol division is not given any interest for clearing maturity we are going to legal action for this company. How could they cheat on people like this? They have to return our money back!

I, kalyan mondal purchased one redeemable share of rs.2, 00, 000/- (Rupees two lacs only) on 05/05/2011 from basil international ltd., serampore – 712201, hooghly (W. B.). The share certificate no. 02650611, folio no. Eeo450502 and no. Distintion no (S[protected]. Accordingly, redemption date of the certificate was 05/05/2017.
I went to basil office, serampore but found that the office had been closed and moved from serampore long ago. I had sent letter to bil’s ballygunge office address by speed post twice on 06/10/2017 and 12/10/2017 but the same were returned to me undelivered. The status of track consignment revealed “item delivery attempted addressee moved”.
Sir, as per sebi order no. Wtm/rka/efd/dra-2/193/2016 dated 01/11/2016, basil international ltd. Should refund me the money with returns.

Therefore, i would request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that i can get the maturity amount at your earliest convenience.

We have a redeemable preference certificate from a local agent who is a big fraud and not answering any of our calls. Please provide us the contact details of office address where we can approach to get our money back on redemption date.

I purchased one redeemable share of rs.2, 00, 000/- (Rupees two lacs only) on 05/05/2011 from basil international ltd., 69, g. T. Road, maya bhawan, serampore – 712201, hooghly (W. B.). The share certificate no. 02650611 and folio no. Eeo450502. Accordingly, redemption date of the certificate was 05/05/2017.
After the expiry of redemption date, i went to basil office, serampore in connection with payment of the maturity amount, but found that the office had been closed long ago and shifted from serampore. I am helpless now. Please advise me how to return my money.
