I purchase redeemable ppreference share @rs. 1000 from basil international limited of my mother name lalita behera and date of allotment -02/08/2010, redemption date -02/08/20013. Till date i have no receive money. Sir please solve the problem.

date of purchase : 30.09.2010

despite submitting original certificate to the agent more than a year back, i am yet to receive the maturity/redemption amount.

I Kiran Gupta W/o Shiv kumar gupta had purchased the share of 10000 from Basil international pvt ltd. in 05/05/2008. and it's redemption date was 05/05/2018. i want to recieved my money but there is no idea how to claim the maturity. there is no office in my city. please suggest how to process the claim. otherwise i will take the help of consumer court.

I have invested rs 10, 000/ in appeline cosmetics & toiletries ltd, in the group of (Basil international ltd) on 31/05/2010 for 5 years. My 5 years was completed on 01/06/2016, but till i have not received my maturity rs 19, 900/. I heard from my agent that in west bengal agents are collecting crore of money, i just say all the agents, please come in upper assam and see you are collecting crore of money, here crore of peoples deprived to there maturity. The asansol division is not given any interest for clearing maturity we are going to legal action for this company. How could they cheat on people like this? They have to return our money back!

I, kalyan mondal purchased one redeemable share of rs.2, 00, 000/- (Rupees two lacs only) on 05/05/2011 from basil international ltd., serampore – 712201, hooghly (W. B.). The share certificate no. 02650611, folio no. Eeo450502 and no. Distintion no (S[protected]. Accordingly, redemption date of the certificate was 05/05/2017.
I went to basil office, serampore but found that the office had been closed and moved from serampore long ago. I had sent letter to bil’s ballygunge office address by speed post twice on 06/10/2017 and 12/10/2017 but the same were returned to me undelivered. The status of track consignment revealed “item delivery attempted addressee moved”.
Sir, as per sebi order no. Wtm/rka/efd/dra-2/193/2016 dated 01/11/2016, basil international ltd. Should refund me the money with returns.

Therefore, i would request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that i can get the maturity amount at your earliest convenience.

We have a redeemable preference certificate from a local agent who is a big fraud and not answering any of our calls. Please provide us the contact details of office address where we can approach to get our money back on redemption date.

I purchased one redeemable share of rs.2, 00, 000/- (Rupees two lacs only) on 05/05/2011 from basil international ltd., 69, g. T. Road, maya bhawan, serampore – 712201, hooghly (W. B.). The share certificate no. 02650611 and folio no. Eeo450502. Accordingly, redemption date of the certificate was 05/05/2017.
After the expiry of redemption date, i went to basil office, serampore in connection with payment of the maturity amount, but found that the office had been closed long ago and shifted from serampore. I am helpless now. Please advise me how to return my money.
