I have invested rs.15000 in basil international and his agent mr. rasmooy has told as that u will get rs.33500 after 5years after maturity date was nov 2015 and after asking regarding payment we came to know that the company is ban fir 4 years from court in feb.2015 know what should be do how i can get my money back pls let as know and one more information the agent mr. rasmooy biswas is also a very fraud man he has cheated be insurance policy also so pls beware from him

This is to inform you that i have taken the policy from basil international from last two years back and i have paid my all premium on time but when i come to withdrwan this payment last one month back i am very shocked to know that company all member coming switch off and they dont given any response i am only one earner in my family and collect this money from long two after hard work.

I was deposited approx 60000 amount.

Would request you to please look into this looking fro positive response from your side.

I have purchased 20 preference share of Basil International Ltd. with face value Rs. 20000/- each on 01/11/2010 and the redemption date was on 01/11/2016. Now as per there condition its has to be done before 3 months of the redemption date. I couldn't find there agent whom sold share to me or there any office such as division/head office . As per there Certificate redemption Value is Rs.42760/-

I have purchased 4 shares of worth Rs. 25000/- each in the year 2012. After redeemed period, I have contacted Basil Office at Silchar but the office shutdown and shifted to Kolkata. Accordingly I have searched whole kolkata but there is no Basil Office. I also wrote to Basil Office at Delhi but there was no result as that address was also shifted or shutdown. so, i wonder where is present office of Basil in India... I need contact no. of Basil office in India. May be I file a suite against this fraud company.

Respected Sir Myself Ms Jhuthika Deb and my husband Late Nikhil Ranjan Dey, we had invested 3( Three ) lacks 22( Twenty Two ) thousand in BASIL International Ltd along with full believe. My husband was Ex Army man ( MES ) and after retirement he was service one TEA garden ( Assam), during this period he had been invested by one by one rupees after hard worked in his whole life. After that when he came to know that above said invested Ltd company is a bogus or ford company then he had been gradually illness because of financial starvation and at-last he has gone to heaven on (09/08/2014) due to huge shock of non returnable rupees from Basil Ltd Company and simultaneously from those day I have been also running on this same path. Requesting you to please help me and some body have that for legal justices regarding this issue. Anticipating an earnest response at your earliest. Dear Sir, Basil Is a such a company whether they are already collect huge amount of money from Market, but they are not return the money (Included my money ) to the Investor last 3 years. Event they are changing their business Money sector to FMCG sector. Immediately take necessary action against Basil otherwise again & again huge people suffer problem with this type of fraud Company.

From long time I found maturity problem from the company with its Preference Share holders. May be 100% investors are facing maturity problem. Sir, I am not satisfied with the company & also my money is not saved to the company. So, I want my money as prematurity payment. From long times the Alipurduar branch (West Bengal) was closed; for that I can’t communicate with the branch.
