I got RPS from Basil International for Rs. 173000/- with a maturity value Rs. 346000/- but after maturity nobody was hearing my word. Plz help...

I have purchased 4 shares of worth Rs. 25000/- each in the year 2012. After redeemed period, I have contacted Basil Office at Silchar but the office shutdown and shifted to Kolkata. Accordingly I have searched whole kolkata but there is no Basil Office. I also wrote to Basil Office at Delhi but there was no result as that address was also shifted or shutdown. so, i wonder where is present office of Basil in India... I need contact no....
