Dear Sir, My family was invested money as Preference Share holder to Basil International Ltd. Brach name is Alipurduar under the Asansol Division, West Bengal. Details of the company is:- Basil International Ltd. (Incorporated under the company Act. 1956) Reg. No. 5587010 Mini Shop No.-12, Main Market, Satyaniketan (Near Narakpura Gurudwara) Motibag-2, New Delhi-110021, India. From long time I found maturity problem from the company with its Preference Share holders. May be 100% investors are facing maturity problem. Sir, I am not satisfied with the company & also my money is not saved to the company. So, I want my money as prematurity payment. From long times the Alipurduar branch (West Bengal) was closed; for that I can’t communicate with the branch. i have invested Rs 170000 in the form of redemable preference shares vide certificate nos 02005124, 02005125, 02004868, 02004869, 01607906 and 01607907 on 4.5.2010 & 5.5.2010. now i want to get back the redemption amount along with interest. i am in need of money for my treatment of my sick wife for which a lot of amount is required. kindly help me to get back the amount at the earliest.

I am agent in Basil International Ltd since four yrs. Now I am having problem with the policy holders maturity. I have been to many times in Basil International office situated in Rameshwar Shah lane. But they are saying that they have no fund. Kindly help us regarding this matter because the policy holders are asking for the refund of money.

basil international limited was came to my home town and everybody called this is appeline chain business i invested a lots of money that time i thought ya secure my money but my maturity was in year 2012 but that time cheated me
so please tell me how to my money back and that money crashed my future my study money. mr anupom mahatao recived rezone lakh with understanding that he will give one thousand per month but he stop paying from july2013.basil collected money and issue warrent but stop payment. i think basil violated semi directive.kindly help me to return my money which is deposited to basil finance.anopam mahato working in jhargram main post office under dist west midnapur. all papers including preprencil certificate with me.
