My 3 years was completed on 01/11/2013 but still date (29/05/2014)i have not received my MATURITY Rs 198360.00/. I heard from my Agent that in West Bengal Agents are collecting Crore of Money. My certificate No. are 1.02257586 2.02257587 3.02257588 4.02257589 5.02276772 This is village site and communication is poor and due to poor communication village people can't complain through online who are suffering this problem more than 80% village (East Midnapur; WB) people . I requested to you kindly do the visit this office and take necessary Legal action for this Company . And agent and BASIL officer are protected by Politician . I am agent in Basil International Ltd since four yrs. Now I am having problem with the policy holders maturity. I have been to many times in Basil International office situated in Rameshwar Shah lane. But they are saying that they have no fund. Kindly help us regarding this matter because the policy holders are asking for the refund of money.

basil international limited was came to my home town and everybody called this is appeline chain business i invested a lots of money that time i thought ya secure my money but my maturity was in year 2012 but that time cheated me
so please tell me how to my money back and that money crashed my future my study money. mr anupom mahatao recived rezone lakh with understanding that he will give one thousand per month but he stop paying from july2013.basil collected money and issue warrent but stop payment. i think basil violated semi directive.kindly help me to return my money which is deposited to basil finance.anopam mahato working in jhargram main post office under dist west midnapur. all papers including preprencil certificate with me.

i had invested rs40000 in basil on25012010 through their agent by cash . the agent failed to deposit the money and with lot of strugle i have recovered the money cash on25082010 and a letter signed by your agent submitting that the money was not diposited in basil ever. i therefore after recovery of money after 8 months approached the branch manager to diposit the money in basil through another agent giving me the effective date as my earlier form date that is 25012010 for three simple reasons,1) change of financial year will dearly affect my tax accounting file 2) loss of intrest, and cost of recovery of money.3) mental anzeity and trauma due to your agent.please clarify why my money will not be given effect from the date when my money was actually diposited. any fraudelent activity by your staff or agent, the responsibility has to be borne by basil and no other person. i have not only letter by your agent but also copy of my original form and duplicate receipt issued by the agent angainst the amount. please clarify status of your company and your course of action. also suggest my possible course of action against your company.
