Basil International — Refund of Invested Amount in Preference Share Capital

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the non-repayment of the amount I invested in the preference share capital of your company.

I had invested a sum of ₹45, 000 on 05/11/2012 under the scheme offering preference shares by your company. According to the terms and conditions of the issuance, the company was obligated to pay back the invested amount upon maturity. Despite the lapse of the stipulated redemption period, I have not received any communication or refund of my invested amount.

I have made several attempts to contact your support team and register my concern but have not received any satisfactory response or update on the status of my refund. This delay has caused undue stress and financial inconvenience.

I hereby request you to urgently look into this matter and arrange for the immediate refund of the amount due to me, along with any applicable interest as per the terms of the agreement.

Attached are copies of my investment documents for your reference.
