We purchased a ladies chappal from BATA STORE, in Kamla Nagar Delhi. on 13th March 2022. Payment was done in the store, but due to un-availability of size, chappal was delivered online. But we found the pair of chappal delivered was of different shades.
We lodged a complaint with BATA customer care on 17th March 2022. complaint No.222061, since, then we are looking forward for the solution of our complaint, but getting no response from BATA.
