Respected sir, i bought article no.[protected]size 5 black bata comfit on 7.6.2017 from sector 17 e chandigarh, store code is 3052. Worth of rs.1902 but the product is not good n defective from upper sides of shoes. Kindly do the needful. It is for your kind information that i am regular customer of bata. I went to the bata store on 11.6.2017 but they refused to exchange with new product but to file complaint on bata website... Thanks

1 bought a white sho model no-559.1094 Befor 2 monts ago...now i washed it first time..now its turn white to blue...i dont were it again...bcoz its looks v.dirty...
So now i want to exchange it...soon as soon..so plz plz reply soon..
