I am a customer of your company for more than 20 years. I had, still have great faith in your product quality. But after a pair of of all weather shoes i purchased at cost of rs. 1500 from one of your outlet in mumbai fort area got damaged beyond repair within in 10 months of purchase, my faith in your quality got shattered. Your outlet refused to replace it saying its warranty period of 6 months had lapsed. I am writing this complaint just to bring my disappointment to your notice. Hope you will take suitable follow up actions to restore my faith in products. Thanks. Regards
