[Resolved] Bata India — Amount deducted twice from account. Very rude response from store staff

We bought a pair of shoes from bata store near majestic. While paying the amount for the first time the swiping machine was restarted. But the amount was deducted from my account with proper transaction id. However the store guy refused to admit that the transaction was processed. He demanded us to make the payment for second time as he did not get slip from swiping machine. He promised us that he would return the amount in cash in case we did not get us money back. We waited for 4 days but the amount was not credited back. And when we went to the store again the guy twisted his version and said he did not say anything about returning of money and asked us to check with respective bank manager if needed. The staff response was very rude. They were not even ready to listen to us.
