Sir i purchase one pair of shoe from your authorize shop at Tezpur, Sonitpur assam. It not fit to my daughter.very next day i go exchange it, but due to non availability i came back. tomorrow i exchange it with another one but it also not fit to my daughter. i again go to exchange sale boy is ready exchange the same, but one your manager not exchange he ask me extra charge for exchange.
