I have returned my faulty sandal under warranty to the Bata store on 27.01.21 where it was paid for and delivered online.

The same product was not available at the store as such I had requested the store manager to raise a credit note in my Bata account.

Please look into it and ensure my credit note is deposited into my Bata account at the earliest so that I can purchase the same product online.

Dear Sir,

I had purchased Boat Storm Watch on Flipkart. I received the product on Dt- 29.07.2021 but when i am trying to par the watch its not getting pair/disconnect many times.
The product is faulty..

Requesting you please look into the matter & do the needful...

I purchased shoes on 24th of july and only after some hours shimmer on the top of the shoes get off in patches
As i have to leave for Amesterdam on the same day I couldn’t go the exclusive showroom at Arya Samaj Road uttam nagar new delhi 59. where from i purchased the belly shoes
As i have to return back India after 3 months my complaint may be resolved. I have taken the photos but i am unable to post them

I have ordered an ladies shoe from bata shoe shop in gorabazar, dum dum kolkata 28, 700028 On 19th july, cost of the shoe Rs2499. 00 which I have paid by debit card, order no AI[protected]. I had placed an order on July 19th 2 a.m. for a pair of slippers.

I made the payment through upi however the screen got blank/ error message (screenshot attached) and the transaction did not go through

I even registered on the portal bata.in for which I received a confirmation email as well ( attaching screenshot). But now when I am seeing the registration it says this email ID is not registered

The amount got debited but however there is no order confirmation or refund related to the order yet.(payment screenshot attached)

Request you to kindly check into the matter as it seems to be a fraud

Regarding the order num 12848783
I received the product Beige sandals for women costing 1399 in the afternoon of 16th July
Upon checking the product, it appears worn off already.
I am surprised to see that the fresh piece of sandals have developed cracks already
Its a costly product and such sevice isn't expected
Does buying sandals during the sale means that the customer is provided with such defective products?
I haven't used it and the tag is intact as well.
Have attached the images of the product and the bill
Please provide me with the replacement of the same.
I have placed 4 more orders numbered 12849393, 12849115, 12848789 and a part of this order 12848783 to be taken yet accounting to roughly 7000 INR.
I'll be forced to not accept the products upon delivery if my request to this complain is not resolved.
I am totally disappointed with the product received anyway.
Looking forward for a speedy and a positive response

Bought a leather shoe which was at 50% discount at Bata showroom kanchipuram on 09-July-2021.
I used it for a function today not even a hour. its such a bad quality the whole sole was breaking down.
this is one of the worst experience I ever had with bata.

it was my mistake that i took a disounted product but still it cannot breakdown in a day.

i need a justice with a replacement/refund or i will buy some other shoe which is good for that value.

I bought a slipper from bata showroom in ghaziabad on 30th April costing ₹800 it's been only two months and the slipper is spoiled the pasting from the corner started coming out the print of the slipper started coming out it looks like the slipper is more than a year old. A slipper of ₹100 is far better then this slipper.didn't expected this from bata hoping for a positive response from bata for reference I have added pictures of slipper

Product ordered - Rs. 1999 (Hush Puppies).
Product delivered - Rs. 110 (Some Monex brand used chappal - Amount written on the chappal itself).

Sir/ Madam, Today I visit of your Tollygunge charu Market outlet for purchase of one shoes, after the I purchased of product your sales staff delivery shoes size 7 when I was want to size 8 and your staff say that display shoes size 8 please can you change, when I say I don't want display samples shoes I want new one of your stock but your responsible staff give me by force display sample and misbehave with me .

I bought a footwear from Bata stores located at Sahakarnagar, Bengaluru on 25th June 21. The tax invoice no. of my purchased foot wear is CM[protected]. Having my own GSTIN number, I wanted the store to add my GSTIN to the invoice to enable me take the GST credit. The store was unable to add my GST no to the generated tax invoice and informed that their billing system has no means to incorporate customer GST no.
Today I called customer service to enquire why the store is unable to add the GSTIN number of the customer. Even the customer service representative was unable to answer my question and thereafter upon my insistence to receive an explanation, the representative took my mail id, invoice no. and GST number and informed that Bata will respond to my complaint.
I am very surprised that Bata while charging GST on its merchandise has no mechanism to incorporate the GSTIN of buyer. I will appreciate that Bata resolves this issue by adding my GSTIN to the generated tax invoice
