With reference to order no[protected] and purchased online through credit card from bata india ltd., return request are already taken due to defective article and accepted to reverse back pick up but still whenever i called to customer care, they always say to take 48 hours every day which is serious concern to address and action to be take on priority.

As of now, neither courier person visited nor getting a call from bata India however when I call to bata India customer care, they always tell me that return request is already taken and within 24 hours, courier person will collect for reverse pick up so that please do the needful on priority.
