I have made a purchase on 16 jan from online bata store of purchase order no. 50606827 of amount rs. 279. I send multiple emails to [protected]@bata.com and later xall to their customer care but no help. Please help me to know how to get money back or product at my delivery address. The amount already showing in my bank transaction history so it should be appered in bata account. I dony get any proper help from bata customer care.

    Im very frustrated to see my Hush puppies sandles sole got worn out.. i bought it just 6 months back... i have paid fulll amount which is very costly (not in offer)... i have been cheated with old stock.. and i could find out that the manufacturer date mentioned in the box is 3 years old...I have asked with seller about the date of manufactur at the time of purchase but he said its not an issue and he convinced to purchase.. i have been cheated now... very disappointed... kindly find the attached pictures and kindly replace the products...

        I bought 1 pair of sleeper on january 15, 2020 from bata store near triveni puliya gopalpura bypass jaipur but when i checked the same while unpacked to use it... I found both the size different as one was 9 and other was 10 as i asked for 10 only...
        While i went back to store again to return, store manager misbehave and asked me that its my fault to check the same while taking this... This is highly unprofessional and he denied to help me out in any way.
        @bata_india need immediate intervention and escalation regarding misbehave by bata store manager mr. Chetan at jaipur inspite he cheated me by giving with 2 different size of single pair... @consumerin now i need refund on cheated delivery by bata store manager and strict action against accordingly #bata https://t.co/dmSj1BW36d

          I have bought a new shoe from bata kottayam store. After using it for two days i found the shoe tearing. I used it only twice. I paid 445 rupees for it. When i visited store they asked me to mail my complaint and i mailed it on 11/01/2020. But i did not got any reply. This shows how irresponsible bata company is. Very poor service received from bata. It is actually a paid cheating i got from bata. Anyway thanku for your irresponsibility. I will never ever purchase anything from this fraud company.

          I purchased shoe from chandigarh 15 dec19 but shoe was leave it's sole with in 16days. I went to rudrapur showroom distt uttarakhand. But the showroom did not replace it. They repaired it But at time of purchasing shoe the showroom said to me any thing happened to shoe with in six month, you can replace it but ??[protected] and [protected] ravindra

            I got one credit note from bata, which i am not able to use /redeem. The same i informed multiple times to customer support, its been 15 days now and i have compliant for 10-15 time via mail and phone.

            It seems they are concerned about their customer queries, the product i wanted to buy 15 days back is not in the stock now. Also i will miss the sale period if they more time. L

            This was my first order at bata and i am very disappointed with their service.

            I made a couple of escalation as well, but no satisfactory support i got.

              I booked a product in bata online on 23/12/19 and they delivered the product, due to size issues i returned the product and they given credit note code; when i am trying to apply the code i got error for some days and later it is showing as redeemed code even though i have not utilized it.

              I tried everyday by calling customer executives of bata customer care and these gays says only one thing that is 24 hours every single day. I fed up with their answers.

              I shared screenshots also but no response.

                The staff at this particular showroom was rude, incompetent, lazy and patronizing... When asked to check if bata loyalty points were available for an alternate phone number, he acted frustrated and started grumbling. We have always met staff like him, but this was the first time someone spoke such rude and condescending words right on our face. We couldn't even believe ourselves that bata staff have started to resorted to such low values. Its disappointing.

                  On 6th November i placed order in Bata india.Order id 12450228. I ordered Red colour boys sandals of 249rs. Product delivered on 10th November.When I opened Blue colour and different pair of same sandals there.i requested for return but not pick up the product.Now jan5 .2months completed.but no response from the bata store.I want compensation for their delay and wrong product delivered.Thanku

                      I ordered a slipper from bata worth 1699 from bata online india due to size miss match i called their customer care and they arranged a pickup of the slipper and promised me a credit note worth the price of slipper using which i can again order the slipper now the slipper has been picked up on 18th Nov 2019 and i have not recieved the credit note yet even after calling them 10 to 12 times they are not resolving the problem. The people at the call center always say me to wait for 48 hours for the credit note and never send one please help my last complaint reference number was 1741555

                        I purchased a footwear 2 months back and its upper layer of leather is totally torn. And when i visited the nearby showroom from where i've bought the pair.. They totally refused to deal further. Such a non sense talk he did
                        I[censored] can not higher a good salesman then don't open your showrooms everywhere.
                        Even the quality has been reduced to zero level. Thats a very disgusting thing
                        I want my product to get replaced or return my money back

                          I have purchased online and same was not fit so requested for exchange but same was not processed then requested for refund also provided account details. Customer service tells will be done in two days.. Same was not done again told will be done in two days and its not done yet.
                          Totally harassment done by bata.
                          This time come to know about their very poor service.
                          Request raised on 6th and today is 29th... Still they says wait for two days.
                          I have all recordings with me.
                          Even one time the customer service executive says if reverse pickup not done till 27th you will get refund o[censored]r money by 28th.
                          But all are fake and very poor service.
                          Request to please help

                            The quality of shoes are to bad stitches are not good the soul of shoes is not good in quality and today i have complained for this in that store the store keeper said me that they will repair the shoes and give it to me after 7 days i said that i want to change the shoes but they could not agree to do this and make slip for repair the shoes and know i want to change the shoes so will you please help me to change the shoes

                              I ordered an article (Order i'd 12469436 sub order i'd[protected]. After the article had received i raised a return request and returned it due to fitting issue. But i didn't get whole amount of my product (Rs1002 by debit card which was received in form of credit note but didn't get rs 623which was actually a credit note against order i'd 12464609 sub order i'd[protected]. I raised request for 623 rs 4 to 5 times but can't get any help. I request you to please resolve my issue.

                                I have purchased bata shoe worth rs.1299/- on 31/08/2019. Roughly within two months o[censored]sage the bottom layer of the shoe came apart due to manufacturing defect. I visited the showroom today ie on 25/12/2019 for redressal of the issue but they have straight away rejected saying that the claim period is only 3months. I used to prefer bata brand trusting their quality of shoes. But i am shocked with this experience and the quality of bata. I raising this complaint expecting some positive redressal mechanism from the bata service team.

                                  refund not initiated even after reverse pick up of footwear

                                  I have returned two sub-orders no. 50510125 & 50510127 from order no. 12413995 placed on 15th sept, 2019. Firstly they took a month for reverse pickup.
                                  Now its being more than 4 months and still they are not refunding the credit note. They have not even initiated the refund.

                                  With reference to order no[protected] and purchased online through credit card from bata india ltd., return request are already taken due to defective article and accepted to reverse back pick up but still whenever i called to customer care, they always say to take 48 hours every day which is serious concern to address and action to be take on priority.

                                    I have entered the shop chose what i wanted still nobody came to respond. I went to one of the boys and asked him to get them in my size he replied i'm busy and he didn't even have the courtesy to ask someone to help me. When i couldn't take it anymore asked for the store manager i was informed he's not in the shop. Where is he?? It's been 10 mins still the manager hasn't come to speak. Harrowing experience for customers. I was a loyal customer of bata but i don't think i'll ever come back after such an experience. It's not only me there are other customers also facing the same

                                      There is no refund received for order no 12468810, in-spite of calling the team several times. All they say is they have escalated and someone will get back in 48 hrs. It seems clock have stopped in your office as it has been almost a week since i had specifically requested for refund to be processed in my bank account rather than credit note. But to my fear, seems you guys have deaf ears and no one understand the complains. I had already registered my bank details in bm - 146168 and my complain no is 1744040.
                                      Can anyone look into this or do i need to approach consumer forum for your carelessness and non responsive attitude.
