I am a shareholder of Bata India Ltd.having ISIN-INE176A01028 since several years.I used to receive two sets of discount coupons every year and I received the coupons till 2018-19 but thereafter, I did not receive the coupons till now. Am shareholder of bata india ltd. Sinc more than 20 years. Every year i receive two discount coupons entitling me to purchase two pair of footwear at 20% discount. since last two years i have not received these coupons till date. Please let me know if bata india ltd. Has stopped sending such coupons to shareholders from this year. If not then please look into the matter and send me the discount coupons. I have cancelled my order on 19 th oct but i didn't receive my cash back i call again again for costumer care, they did not give proper information they told tomorrow, tomorrow so please take action and get my cash back and my ref num is #395181

I had ordered a wallet from Bata India website which I had to return as the quality was not that good. I had requested a refund but it is still not processed. Every week I call their customer care and ask for refund to which they say the same thing "wait till Friday".

from the past 1.5 months, they are misleading, or the customer care is incapable to provide me the resolution on the refund requests.

They are saying there is some technical glitch in their finance department hence it is taking long time. This is really a bad example they are setting.

Returned the defected shoes in December 2019 but didn't get refund and they are even not offering the product coupon too. They removed my all order history from website.

I have returned my order BW[protected] because it was smaller size, after 5-6 days of return request they picked up the order but I haven't received the refund of rs.1889/-.

Sir, I have ordered a slipper in bata online at oct 2 and they said your delivery placed in 7 to 10 days but i waited for 25 days but i didn't receive any product i call costumer care again and again frequently but they didn't give correct information, so I decided to cancel my order and refund, hence i call costumer care again Confirm my cancel, they told your refund in 4-6 days but i waited for 20 days i didn't receive my fund and icall costumer care didn't give correct information they told today or tomorrow, give same answer for one week here afer i can't wait so please take any action and send my cash 1066 rupees back as soon possible and ref num -395181

I have purchase shoes online, which was not fitted properly. So I have asked for refund as there is not exchange. I have even bought another pair of shoes with proper size. As per Return and refund policy, i have to get my refund within 30 days. But still, I have not recieved any refund. Now its more than 60 days. It is really a headache to get connected with costmer care and to get any assistance from them. My reference no is #375192

I bought 4, 600/- worth of products including gst. They are collecting gst but not issuing gst invoice to avail credit. They are rejecting to produce gst invoice to us and asking for purchase order and need to buy 100 pairs to provide gst invoice.

I purchased a pair of Bata shoes for my daughter in the month end of January 2022. Within a week o[censored]sage, the upper and the soul worn out. As I am residing in London, When I returned back to Chennai, I went to the Adyar Bata showroom and informed about the same, The representative approach to the customer was very bad and they were not minding to provide a responsible answer. I am not sure if I was in Bata showroom or not, the approach was very poor. I need a replacement for my shoe as well. My billing mobile number is [protected].

I have been following up with Bata customer care since last 2 months but they are refunding pending amount for the returned product.
At first they refused that product us recieved. Then after more than 1 month of follow up and when I shared proofs of product return then they agreed.
And after that it's been more than 1 month they are saying the refund has been initiated but I am not getting my amount back.
Everytime I call yo them they are just trying make us fool and not even sharing any reason for not processing the refund. So much time and energy has been wasted for a refund of 2499
Bata is behaving like scammers, not at all willing to refund the amount

I Purchased a pair of Hush Puppy shoes from Bata India vide Order No BW39XXXXXXXXX3618 from their one line store on 12 th Oct (15 days back) ..

From day one it is trouble as product is shown not ready for pick up and then after 4 days when I followed up/complained they show it Picket up and delivered, but from there again, it didn't move further at all.

The whole activity seems to be fraudulent as customer supports also doesn't answer directly nor connects with any seniors.

Be careful... Avoid BATA

I have order bata sandles online using online bata service. My order id is BW[protected]. The order is return to warehouse 3 weeks before but till now I haven't received my refund. I am continue calling them they are just telling in 2-3 days you will received refund. But not received yet. Order is of 2499 rs

I ordered two products from bata india website on 27.8.2022 having Order No. BW[protected], both of those were returned and I had to call continuously to get those picked up. Then by the grace of bata, one of the products got picked up and I had to call again for 15 days to get another one picked up. After both the products got picked up, I received refund of one of the products and I am still waiting for another one’s refund.
I have been calling bata since 27.9.2022 for refund and every time I call, I get an answer to wait for 2-3 days and I have been doing so for the past 20 days.
Also, I have been trying to get in touch with their manager but somehow he/she is never available and I have always asked bata’s customer care executives to connect me with their manager and I have always got an answer that “they are not available as of now, they will call you in sometime”. I have also asked me to send me a mail that their will manager will call me in sometime and I am still waiting for their mail as well as their manager’s call since 14.9.2022.
