Am already register the complain at 14.12.2017 and so for (23.12.2017) there is no proper update from customer support.

Am very big disappointed to bata support. There is no proper replay from bata side.

So for, am talking more then 10 your customer people. But there is no effective replay from bata side. Each and every day am touch with your people but am very big upset.
Note : frankly says : i will not suggest your product to my friend circle for sports usages.

After 2 use my shoe is peel off.I brought this shoes on1-9-2017 unfortunately I could not report the complaint in bata showroom before 60 days because I am staying in a hostel, my family also the customer of you .I trust your company very much, so please exchange my shoe
