I bought sandals worth 1999 for inr 999 from Bata online store in Nov 20 and noticed they appeared to be seconds product and not first quality. So I asked them for a refund and i[censored] can actually beleive it I have sent them like fifty emails and hundred phone calls and they keep saying they will refund me and they picked back the article about a month ago but no refund despite numerous follow ups with them.
Also their online store never works for credit card orders and u always have to pay via cashnon delivery and it is so frustrating that they have not resolved this problem even over the last three years.
Bata is not running a good enough show and they need to revamp and reinvent themselves. Was this information helpful? |
