I have brought a shoe from Bata showroom Karoll bagh, But only after 2 months while I wear maximum 20 times, the shole has been crack of both shoes and leather damaged very poorly. After this I was complain the issue to Bata show room but they told me that please come after 5 days, we will investigate with company and then revert you, This process with show room manager was in cycle three to four times. But finally they not respond anything.
Finally I was escalate this case on Bata customer care through mail. It's going on more than 12 days but I have receive only a complain no. While I have send multiple reminder mail to him but they are nod responding. EvenI have to also try multiple time to call on his toll free no but they are taking 15 min to 30 min, they are given different type of excuse like server not working at present, we are not able to open your portal, and assure me every time you will get mail till toay eveinng, even I was also discuss with the team leader, but provide excuse at present server is not working so we are not able to provide any solution or mail, plz wait till today evening you will get mail with solution. While this is going on 4 days but I have no received any mail.
I am totally regretting with Bata behavior, they have no time either they are interested to send a mail either provide any solution, honestly I have use my shoes maximum 20 times and after that it.s not capable for rough use even. Please help me.
