Requesting to provide the solution for following,
• Guidelines to repair shoes
• Unnecessary spending on second visit : time(including travel), expenses.
• Unnecessary stress on the second visit.
Case Details :
1.[protected], visited Bata showroom no.16, big Bazaar St, near Rackfort temple, Tiruchirappalli and received very poor customer service.
2.[protected], Send mail to Bata customer care about our experience in bata store.
3.[protected], Received mail with reference number and they requested me to share the invoice details.
4.[protected], Replied mail with transaction details with attachment and discussed over voice call with customer care (Please refer voice recording) and explained all the difficulties to visit again but your executive only informed me to visit the same bata store again (which is so for away from Chennai, more than 300 KMs) for the solution and she given 100% assurance over & mail communication.
5.[protected], Based on the confirmation received (over voice & mail) I have started a journey from Chennai to Trichy.
6.[protected], Displayed the hard copy of your email communication to bata store, but again same issues from the store. Discussed with your customer care executive and explained briefly, but they said Bata will not provide the solution or support to repair as it is already 90 days over from the date of purchase. I request to return my shoes for that also no proper response from the store and they said already thrown outside and the same has been conveyed to customer care executive. I suggested to check CCTV camera and then executive request me to give the phone to store person, but they denied to discuss and not ready to share manager number. More than 1 hour spent in the store and requested to return the product and finally received the shoes without repair.
