[Resolved] Bata India — belt got damaged

I am extremely sorry to inform that, around few months back I have purchased one BELT (Art No:[protected] from BATA Showroom (Shop No: 1680) in Kannur district, Kerala. Within months o[censored]sage itself the material was damaged and the pasted part got departed. It is not at all worth for the amount that which I spent. When approached the showroom, they told me to email you for replacement of the same. I have been using BATA products for a long time and is very much satisfied with the quality provided.
