[Resolved] Bata India — black pumps undelivered

Have placed an order on 23rd october for black pumps and the order number is 12243116. The order was supposed to be delivered to me by blue dart service. Today when i checked the status through the reference number, i saw that the order has been delivered though i am out of town. Neither did i get an email when it was shipped nor have i got the information regarding the status of my order. Kindly provide me the information at the earliest as this kind of carelessness is not expected.

I have attached the screenshot of blue dart courier tracking service. Kindly provide the information at the earliest and if the order has been delivered to someone else then i am definitely going to file a case for this carelessness.
