[Resolved]  Bata India — Broken shoe sole

I abu sharif resident of hsr layout, 2nd sector purchased a formal shoe from
Bata, 41st main, jp nagar, sarakki first, phase kanakpura road, bangalore-78, on[protected]. Cst no[protected]., invoice no-a7c00026/complain no -880108.
As i have purchased a pair of formal shoe for my work place with lots of hope & trust my dream became shattered within a month from the purchased date. The sole broken apart. I have called up to the customer care 3 times from the time of incident. Till date no positive response. The above complain no has been provided by the customer care. As i have been waiting anxiously for a reply. My request to the management is to solve my problem by replacing my shoes with a pair of new shoes. Waiting anxiously.
