Bata India — Carelessness for not issuing discount coupons

I am a shareholder of Bata India Ltd.having ISIN-INE176A01028 since several years.I used to receive two sets of discount coupons every year and I received the coupons till 2018-19 but thereafter, I did not receive the coupons till now.
