[Resolved] Bata India — charging clients for paper bag

Yesterday i purchased a shoes fromt. V. M, mg road branch.
Why are you charging us for your paper bags?

And

If so,

Why don't the staff inform us that there is extra charge for your carry bags!! So we can decide to pay for it or not.

Is bata so poor that they are using their own clients money for branding?

All i'm trying to say is inform the clients and let us choose.
