Bata India — Colour change of only single shoe - article no.8567101

I purchased weinburger shoes in January 2016 at Bata outlet at S.D.Road, clock tower, secunderabad Telangana.

Since one month, to my surprise only one of the shoes changed colour as shown in picture attached herewith .

I showed to same outlet where I purchased - they accepted colour change of only one shoe and adviced us to mail complaint to Company.

Please look into this matter and replace us with new pair or make arrangements to bring both
shoes to one uniform colour.
