[Resolved] Bata India — complaint against order

I have ordered bata footwear. Order id no. Is #12183968#when i called costumer service they said no payment, but actually payment is done as i confirmed from cc avenues. They didn't even mail or msg regarding order, once in order tracking it was payment successful, now they showing no order with thisno. Even customer service is very poor, they don't direct call to customer serv. Ice people. No information regarding order even payment is deducted. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
