This is with reference with order number 12301169, black loafers for women. Pls note i have received the incorrect product. Name mention on the invoice shows ‘5546150 black women nat closed’ which i haven’t ordered. Appreciate return pick up and send the ordered product.
May 10th 2019 second email sent : dear team, this is highly unprofessional of bata team for not responding. When i called on your toll free number for status check today, your team was blank. As per them shipment is in transit wherein shipment is with me. Appreciate if you can improve on your customer service and support. I need immediate resolution on this request. Thanks!!
