I have purchased a sandal from Bata Store on 07/05/2017 and after using just in 7 days sandal has been damage from front and back side. when i revisited the store then they said then can repair the product but not replace because their is no manufacturing damage. But My concern is, if product is not looks good after repairing then why should i wear that product. I have not wasted my money for wearing a damage product. I need Product Replacement or my money back. I never wear repaired products.
Stitching is showing clearly after wearing this. Which is not acceptable for me
