[Resolved]  Bata India — Damage shoes, manufacturer defect

This is to inform you that, i have purched the shoes from your authorized showroom which is situated at avenue B, 31 sarojni nagar market New Delhi on 03.12.2015 at the cost of 999/- and after 2 days, it is found that upper layer of the both shoes is stripping from original shape(also pesting problem). I immediately contract to incharge of show room for in this regard but they are not solving the problem regarding change the damage shoes. I Request to you kindly look in to the matter and direct to concerning authority/manager of showroom to change the shoes as early as possible... Find the attached damage shoes pic & shoes bill.
