Hello team,

I have purchase this product from shivranani bata store (Ahmedabad, gujarat) on 7th nov 2018. Since i have purchased this product i am feeling uncomfortable on my left leg and in month of april 2019 (5 month only), i saw that sole is damaged and that's why i given shoes to shivrajani store. I demand for the product replacement but they assured me that this will not repeat and we will replace the sole. But they didn't replace it, they just repair the damaged sole.

This is not acceptable to me even i have purchased rs. 2999/- shoes from reputed brand but i was wrong.

Please find the my shoes pictures attached along with invoices.

I want replacement of my shoes.

We thank you for being our valuable customer and appreciate your feedback.

With reference to your concern related to the damaged product and in line with our company policy, we provide 100% replacement in case a major manufacturing defect is identified and highlighted to us along with the Cash memo within 90 days from the date of purchase.

However, in this case since the purchase was made more than 7 months back, we regret regret to inform that the product cannot be considered for a repair or replacement.

We value you as our esteemed customer and look forward for your continued patronage.
