I had purchased shoes model no 854-6891 size 8 (Genuine leather upper). The said shoe is used by me only two times and the soule is badly broken and damage, unfortunetly i had loss gthe cash memo. Therefore it is requested ti replaced the shoes or replace the soul at free of cost through your show room at indore madhya pradesh. It may be manufacturing defect. Photo of soule is attached.
