Today 22nd Oct, 2016 I have purchased a shoe for my kid (article no.[protected] from Bata outlet at 6/92, Ajmal Khan Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, India The shoe was defected as the lights in the shoe was not working properly. I informed the showroom at karol bagh on Tel NO.[protected] and I was told to come to showroom for exchange this product. I visited the showroom after 2 hrs. The bata executive brought the another shoe of same model but the same defect was presented in all the shoes of this model. I was told to choose another model. The model I chose for my girl child was out of stock and the showroom has only one pair of it which was kept for display. That pair was dirty that’s why I rejected to take that pair.
No other 6 number shoe for girl child was present in this showroom. I requested the Bata executive to refund my money but they refused to refund the money they told me to come tomorrow they will arrange the shoe from their warehouse at some other part of Delhi.
I requested them to deliver the shoe to my address but the same was refused by the Mr. Lalit Manager of the showroom he told me that the shoe need to be collected from the showroom.
I request the manager Mr. Lalit to keep the shoe and give me the acknowledgment of the defected shoe has been submitted to the showroom as the purchase was on the same day but they do not agree to do this also. They said they will not receive the show and will not give anything in writing.

You says innovation is the foundation stone of our company. Innovation is a far away this you products are defected and you don’t even check before delivering it to your customers.
Now is this my problem to keep running to the showroom or keep following them for this issue which was due to defected product supplied by bata. Who is going to pay for the loss caused to me by wasting my time and other cost like conveyance etc.
I am going file a suit against Bata in district forum if the shoe is not replaced within 2 days i.e. till Monday evening. I am going to claim all the losses accrued to me by this defected shoe and the losses against emotional torcher to my kid and my family by ruining the special occasion.

executive to pack it, but he packed two shoes of different sizes. I think I would have called them more than 20 times, but they are not responding me..
