Dear, i had purchased bata bubble gummer shoe for my daughter on 12 sep 16 from bata shoe store, first floor, the wave mall, jammu,,[protected]. vide cash memo no. # 12-09-16/1/0042/03841. but available lighting system of toddler's shoe became unserviceable with one and half months of date of purchase. pls provide me replacement under warranty clause. sir, it is requested to provide early customer support. early professional action solicited from renowned company bata.
