Bata India — Defective Mr Scholl Chappal picked up by company Refund not received even after a month

I bought Dr Scholl Chappal article No. 6745162 vide order No. BW[protected] placed on 21 August 22, delivered on 25 on 25 Aug 22. Complaint about the product on 05 September 22 and the defective product was picked up on 09 September 22 by rep of Bata India.
Complaint reference No. is 364665 yet no refund has been issued till date.
