[Resolved] Bata India — Defective product/ article

Shoes bought from south ex 2 bata showroom on 13th oct 16 and in just 5 months time the shoe soule is cracked. Contacted mr r d sharma the store manager and was very rude in front of the customer. Though i told him that i restricted myself not to complain in front of the customer as it will affect your brand. So my humble request you to get he same replaced at the earliest as i am your esteemed customer and believe you will do justice to your customer.

I bought black shoes from bata authorised showroom uttam nagar worth Rs.1503, cash memo no 08-01-17/1/0066. The sole of the broke into two pieces.I would not like to make repurchase of any product from the store.
