To, The Manager Bata India Ltd Dear Sir, I am a regular customer of your reputed Bata brand and it is a really very painful experience I have ever had from a branded company like you. I have purchased Huss Puppies shoes worth Rs 3499/- from "Bata Shoes Store, Shop No.2, Lindsay Street, Kolkata-16 vide cash memo number "E 00005 dated 04.06.16.article number : 8246782 was found defective within 4 months of the purchase. I found the outer sole got cracked and there are cracks in the leather part of both the shoes.Requesting you to please instruct your authorized dealer for the replacement of the same.
