Dear sir/madam, We have brought a shoe from Bata shoe store 12, madhusudhan banerjee road, Kolkata, westbengal on 28th april, 2017. After wearing found that the shoe is defective, as per the company's policy I have tried to return the shoe on 2nd may at 12:30 pm. They disagree to return the shoe, also misbehaved with us.
