Bata India — Defective product, no action/service provided | |||||
I made a purchase from bata india, through their app service (Online) on the 28th july. Within it's warranty period, the pair of sandals were broken; found defective. I registered the complaint on 6th july (#715631) and wrote emails to bata on differents, but i was only provided with different complaint ids and false deadlines. As per thr procedure, i sent the images of the defective product and requested for a pick up. Without any prior, they continued to send pick up facilitaters on different dates. One of them picked my defective product, without giving any reciept or confirmation for the same. Later, the product was sent back to me. I called bata india again and again there was no response. I spent 499/- on the product, but more than that the service provided was pathetic and beyond. They have no regard for the patient customer and even by now they have not contacted me. This is clearly mental harassment and violation of business ethics. Was this information helpful? | |||||
