I sent a mail to in-customer. [protected]@bata.com, but my mail was not attended, toll free number is not working also.
The shoe 824-6810 was purchased by me on 17/06/2018 from bata outlet at grand hotel, kolkata.
After wearing it for few hours, the shoe gave me severe ache as the the shape was very uncomfortable for my feet.
I went to the store, the cashier misbehaved with me stating that as i have used it once so they will not exchange it.
I really do not understand what is the point of 15days' replacement policy as you guys are saying that a shoe is used? Should i keep it in the cupboard? Only then you will replace it?
Could you please tell me what to do with this defective shoe worth 4000 rs? Do you guys think your customer’s money is nothing to you? Is the way you behave with your customer? What is the meaning of 15 days replacement policy mentioned in the invoice?
I want my shoe to be replaced as early as possible. Tell me how it can be done? Or i want a full refund. Was this information helpful? |
i bought bata footwear and next day it is loosing all colour on my feets.. i am unable to wipe it off inspite of frequent wash.. please resolve this and refund my money..Due to this my mother faced alot of probloms on her skin and all skin wiped off.
