Purchased from store code 01853, odd pair, due to which not able to wear my office, maximum a 15 - 20 wears, but the sole cracked into pieces. I am keep following since dec - 2016, with bata team. My 1st complaint no: 801295, 801342, also i have sent several mails to in-customer. Service.. Very poor response & service.. I need an instant action as i am very clear that i have paid money & i need a best product.. Also while purchasing me they cheated me providing a odd pair & next when i went to them they told no stock. Then also as a customer i thought to manage but now how i will manage when it's damaged.
