[Resolved]  Bata India — delay in exchange of product, no response

I have placed the exchange request for my order placed through website of bata india with order id[protected] and sub order id – 50314269. I was told asked that their executive will visit and pick-up the shipment in maximum of 3 days but its been 9 days nobody have came to pick it up. Every time i call customer support of bata india. They say that return pick up will take place within 48 hours. My exchange request reference no. Is 1426987

I want the product replacement asap
