Bata India — Disappointed with Bata

Hi, My mother, who is 60 yrs old bought dr.scolls from your Parle East market outlet on 17th dec.Next day she left for South Africa.In the flight she wore Sport shoe.She just carried these two shoes.Aft reaching there she cut the tag.Then she noticed that the scandals were defected.the Velcro was not sticking so it kept coming out of her feet.she tried to stick it with glue, but no use.She had to complete her 13 days tour in sport shoes though she is not a shoe person.Her scandals were in six month guarantee.as soon as she returned to India, she returned the scandals to your outlet, on 3rd jan.They refused to help as there was a drop of glue n they were very rude.they just had to rectify the Same piece.My father angrily left the shoe there.Our 1500/ RS went in drain.She is very disappointed &your 20 yr old dr.schol customer switched to Clark's.but it still pinches me, how could bata do this to their customer.When discussed with friends they also have arrogant staff stories in your other outlets.Pls stop spoiling your name n troubling your coustomer
