Bata India — failed to deliver pair of shoes booked online

I booked a pair of shoes through www.bata.in on[protected] with a delivery time of 4-5 working days. The order no. Was 12281628 and i made an online payment. As it was not delivered so called their toll free no. To be intimated that the order got rejected. If they cannot deliver shoes than why they display shoes, take order and payment and not bother to inform the order stands cancelled. Shame on bata, such a dubious business practice you are in. I feel cheated.
