Bata India — false information from bata customer care | |||
I had called up bata customer care. When enquired about the loyalty points, they had promised to give 50 lps as i was given false information at store that these points can only be redeemed in multiples of 50. Now these bata customer care people are not giving what they promised. This is cheating on behalf of bata india. Really shameful that they are not giving these points. My complaint number is 15226xx. I was promised that I would be given 50 LPs as I was given false information. Now, they are saying that there is some system issue so they cannot give those points now. Such a big company and systems not working! Please help me in getting those promised 50 loyalty points.
