[Resolved]  Bata India — Footwear complaint

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from bata company on 16 september 2015.i bought a pair of chapal and shoes after 15 august 2015. i have given complaint to bata coustmer care.i just wore chapal and it thread came out after 2nd day ..moreover shoes create sore on foot because of its hard sole inside. i get reply from company that it will only get repair not replacement. however according to the rules of company product get replaced within 60 days after it purchased ..i want replacement of product .if not is there any guranty that i will not happen again...my bill get misplaced at home. but i get email from company regarding product repaired
