Bata India — Formal black shoe purchased is showing joined layer on the bottom

Hi Team, I have purchased Black formal shoe size 6 on 03rd sept from V3S mall, Nirman Vihar New delhi, foot in show room and from one pair of shoe, the bottom layer is showing breakable join, I would like to get it replaced asap.

the product article number is 821-6969, I have the bill and shoe is the same format as it was purchased.

Please take this to resolve this asap.
