Dear Sir I am Jayshree Verma, Manager in DHL Express.I bought a pair of shoes from Bata store, Dilshad Garden, Delhi in September, 2015.The shoes broke after 2 months and cannot be repaired.I have always boughts shoes from Bata and I request you to replace them against my complaint number- 03724.
